Managing Named Features
Managing Named Features is important because the list can grow rapidly and change as your application evolves. UserIQ provides several options to help with this task. Our favorite organizational method is Tagging.
How to Utilize Tagging
Tagging allows you to create a workflow that is custom to your organization and allows the named features to be organized using keywords that make sense to your organization.
These can be the Header the Named Features fall under or a group name the features fall under. To begin tagging features follow these steps:
Begin by navigating to Named Features, under Intelligence at the top right of the application.
Select Tags under the Named Feature Filters:
Then, Add New Tag from the dropdown.
Name your tag, select a color from the dots, and click the green check mark to save:
Repeat this process for all the Tags your organization needs.
Example Use Case: UserIQ has several tabs which house many of our apps functions. When tagging,I would make an Intelligence tag and put any named features related to Intelligence under that tag.
How to Favorite Your Top Features
Favoriting your top features under Named Features moves them to the top of the feature list. This makes your most important features easier to find once complete.
Simply click the star to the right of the feature to favorite it:
