2019 APPEALIE SaaS Awards — APPEALIE Honors Best Products and Leaders in SaaS
Atlanta, GA – (September 26, 2019) UserIQ, an innovative customer success platform helping businesses align around user needs, today announced that they have been selected as a winner of the APPEALIE 2019 SaaS Customer Success Award. The awards were presented at the 2019 APPEALIE SaaS Conference in San Francisco.

Judged by a panel of customer success experts, entrants submitted documentation for their best customer success stories and outcomes.
UserIQ was recognized for its extensive work with Atlanta customer, ShootProof, a technology platform that allows photographers to share and sell their work commission-free. UserIQ’s customer success team helped ShootProof brainstorm, ideate, and foster cross-functional team alignment by facilitating a CX insight mapping session. The artifacts and ideas from the mapping session helped the ShootProof team better understand how they can improve their customers’ experience.
