Going Mobile: Making Users Successful Wherever They Are

At UserIQ, our mission has always been focused on delivering what a user needs to be successful in every moment, and those moments are increasingly mobile and on the go. That means we have to be able to help users be successful wherever they are.

Today, we’re very excited to announce the acquisition of Appunfold, a mobile engagement platform for user onboarding, self-help, and analytics.

Over the last few years, we’ve seen mobile devices become the go-to for most consumers, a clear indicator that businesses must also be ready for this shift. As mobile adoption continues to increase, businesses have to evolve to stay relevant, especially in the SaaS and technology spaces where things move so quickly. In order to help our customers make their users successful, it’s important for us to be where they are.

With this addition to the UserIQ product, we’ll be able to deliver mobile campaigns and collect mobile analytics to offer a complete user adoption platform that works across all screens and devices and provides a uniquely unified view of each customer. This is a capability we’ve known we needed, but we also knew we had to find the right partner to help us build it.

The first time I met the Appunfold team, I was thrilled that we shared the same product philosophy: to help companies understand and onboard their users without requiring development resources. Further, they have an unmatched passion for building a product that is focused on delivering value and solving the same problems as we do at UserIQ. With that passion and deep mobile experience, they are exactly the type of individuals we want on our team as we embark on this journey.

With the addition of mobile engagement and analytics capabilities, UserIQ customers will be able to:

  • Analyze feature usage and adoption across multiple platforms to make rapid data-driven decisions
  • Engage users, promote new features, and gather user feedback with surveys, tooltips and guided tours on both web and mobile
  • Improve the end-to-end user experience and onboarding regardless of device with targeted, contextual in-app help and guidance
  • Create new campaigns and tag new features on both iOS and Android devices without the need for a developer
