Being able to see before and after feature usage from various segments helps Intellum to make proactive decisions — ensuring features are found and used by their customers.

In addition to in-app engagements, Intellum receives high-quality data like product usage analytics, customer health, and behavior tracking to stay up to date with their accounts. Intellum’s account admins are able to assess when users are at risk, when their engagement is fluctuating and when they could benefit from a new feature.
