Being able to see before and after feature usage from various segments helps Intellum to make proactive decisions — ensuring features are found and used by their customers.

In addition to in-app engagements, Intellum receives high-quality data like product usage analytics, customer health, and behavior tracking to stay up to date with their accounts.
