Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, self-starter to join our growing team as a product marketing manager. This person will report to the CMO and will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally between product, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive collaboration and ensure alignment of messaging. As our product marketing manager, you’ll be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product as you craft the strategy around the messaging and marketing for all releases and launches. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, excels at communicating product benefits and features in a simple way to customers, and can effectively work with multiple stakeholders to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop optimized product positioning and messaging for UserIQ’s target audiences across multiple channels
  • Contribute product and market expertise to content development across various platforms for UserIQ (blogs, videos, website contents, webinars, newsletters, etc.)
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver successful product enablement programs and training, such as PPTs, competitive data sheets, case studies, ROI benefits, and needs analysis
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to gain a firm understanding of new product functionality and plan the messaging around the launch of new releases and products managing all internal and external communication
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential gaps and contribute to UserIQ’s competitive intelligence
  • Review product pricing models and work with sales and product on any optimization efforts
  • Work with the customer success team to create stronger customer communication programs
  • Bring customer insights to drive new product functionality by speaking with customers directly to understand how they use the product

We would love it if you have:

  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing SaaS products and/or sales enablement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Experience with web-based marketing tools

This individual will work out of the company’s office in Buckhead, Atlanta.
